Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an automotive service technician to support workshop operations in Shah Alam. You will assist technicians and the Service Advisor, assign jobs, and help ensure repair orders are completed on time.

Required are a minimum SKM level 3 in automotive/mechanical, at least 2 years’ experience in automotive repairs, and basic reading/writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia. A valid Class D license and basic computer skills are also needed. Position is on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum SKM certificate (level 3) in automotive/mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in automotive repairs industry.
• Reading and writing in English & Bahasa Malaysia to comprehend service/repair order.
• Valid class D driving license.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign job to Technicians and inform Service Advisor the finish time.
• Ensure proper distribution & execution of all repair orders.
• Update Job Control Board to synchronize reception and workshop.
• Ensure job completion time according to promise and inform Service Advisor of delays.
