Job summary

Bateriku.com is seeking an experienced training professional to deliver theory, demonstrations, and practical sessions across the Southern region in Johor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan. You will assess competency, provide coaching, and develop training materials while maintaining safety standards.

Knowledge of automotive technology, Hybrid & EV systems, and batteries is essential. Travel to branch sites and Pitstops will be required to ensure staff competency across locations.

Qualifications

• Capability to provide technical coaching and troubleshooting support.

• Experience with Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identifying training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct theory, oral/quiz, and practical assessments, evaluating participant competency against assessment criteria.
• Deliver training sessions following modules, lesson plans, and training schedules, ensuring Academy standards are met.
• Manage classroom discipline and participant engagement, identifying those requiring remedial training.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and technical troubleshooting support to participants and staff.
• Develop and improve training modules, materials, practical exercises, case studies, and troubleshooting scenarios.
• Ensure training equipment, vehicles, diagnostic tools, and simulators are properly maintained and safely used.
• Manage on-site training, mobile training, and technical coaching across assigned regional locations.
• Conduct periodic visits to branches, Pitstops, and training locations to monitor work standards and staff competency.
• Prepare attendance records, training records, assessment results, and competency reports.
• Ensure compliance with Workshop Safety, PPE, EV High Voltage Safety, SOPs, and work instructions throughout training.

This role involves delivering training sessions in theory, demonstration, and practical formats, managing assessments and competency evaluations, and providing technical coaching across the Southern region (Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan). About you

Current knowledge of automotive technology, Hybrid & EV systems, and battery technology

Ability to conduct training delivery, assessments, and competency evaluations

Experience in developing training materials and modules

Capability to provide technical coaching and troubleshooting support

Ability to manage training equipment and ensure workshop safety compliance

Experience with Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identifying training requirements

Willingness to travel to assigned locations including Langkawi as required by operational and training schedules
