Role Description

The Automotive Technician role at SISMA Auto is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur. The technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, and carrying out scheduled maintenance services to ensure all vehicles meet safety and performance standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting oil changes, brake and suspension checks, and general automotive repairs, as well as documenting work performed in service reports. The role involves collaborating with service advisors, following manufacturer guidelines, using diagnostic tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe workshop environment. The technician is expected to provide accurate repair estimates, communicate clearly with team members, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance, routine Maintenance & Repair, and general Automotive Repair.
• Proficiency in performing Oil Changes and related fluid checks with attention to detail and safety.
• Hands-on experience with Suspension inspection, diagnosis, and repair.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in automotive technology or a related field.
