Job summary

Saksama Otomobil Sdn Bhd seeks an Automotive Technical Leader to lead shop operations and provide technical support. The role involves overseeing 5S practices, wiring checks, and guiding the team to ensure high workmanship standards. Strong communication with customers and staff is essential.

The successful candidate will back up workshop operations, handle ad-hoc tasks, and work under supervision to maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced automotive workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate (e.g SKM Level 1, 2 or 3), Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• Candidate must be able to work closely under a team spirit.
• Candidate must be able to use the basic diagnostic tools and general repair tools in the workshop in order to capture accurate readings and measurement effectively.
• Able to communicate with customers and internal staffs in a professional manner.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• to assist on 5S operation and workshop safety
• to backup on workshop operation/technical support
• Wiring-short circuit / check wire harness
• Handle ad-hoc tasks that assigned by supervisor/manager.
