ARVION SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Consultant in Kota Kinabalu to guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, financing, and after-sales support.

The role emphasizes customer focus, target achievement, and a commission-driven environment. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. A valid Malaysian driving license and basic CRM/MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive with lead follow-up and outbound sales.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to inquiries via multiple channels.
• Understand customer needs and financing requirements to propose suitable options.
• Explain features, pricing, and promotions; conduct tests where applicable.
• Follow up leads and appointments to drive sales conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
