Qualifications

• A relevant Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• Capable of leading QC teams and implementing quality systems.
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures and inspection protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Analyse quality data and implement CAPA for defects.
• Prepare QC reports for management and customers.
• Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues.
• Train QC staff on inspection techniques and standards.
• Maintain calibration records for testing equipment.
