BHD. in Lembah Beringin, Selangor, seeks an experienced Cost Control Executive to manage and optimise costs across the company, supporting growth and profitability objectives. In this full-time role, you will analyse financial data and implement cost control measures. You’ll collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, review invoices, and drive cost-saving initiatives. A background in accounting/finance and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in cost control/financial analysis.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Analyse financial data and prepare cost reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Implement and monitor cost control measures across business units.
Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and cost-saving strategies.
Review and approve vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims for accuracy and compliance.
Identify and investigate cost variances and propose corrective actions.
Provide updates and recommendations to management on cost control initiatives.
Assist with preparation of financial statements and ad-hoc reporting as required.
