You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts with Selenium in Java or Python, perform manual testing when required, and collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of QA/testing experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain high-quality test cases based on business and technical requirements using tools such as Excel and JIRA.
• Perform peer‑to‑peer reviews of test cases to ensure quality, completeness, and appropriate test coverage.
• Create, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web-based applications using Selenium with Java or Python.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java or Python.
• Perform both manual and automation testing to ensure applications function as expected and comply with requirements and specifications.
• Create and maintain appropriate test data for automation and manual testing activities.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing as required.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on software defects through appropriate defect management tools.
• Capture and maintain test results, screenshots, logs, and other test evidence in an organised manner.
• Perform database validation and data verification using SQL queries.

• Participate in test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting activities.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in Java or Python for automation testing.

• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, approaches, and best practices.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
