Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Pasir Gudang, Johor, to join a shift-based production team from Monday to Friday, with a fixed allowance and good benefits. The role supports assembly of complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic components and requires reading engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and BOMs.
You will use hand tools and basic measuring equipment, follow work instructions, maintain cleanroom and safety standards, and participate in 5S and Lean
Qualifications
- Able to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and BOMs.
- Familiar with hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic components.
- Follow engineering drawings, BOMs and work instructions.
- Perform wiring, alignment, calibration and testing.
- Use hand tools, torque tools and measuring equipment.
- Identify and report assembly defects or material issues.
- Update production records and progress in factory systems.
- Follow cleanroom, ESD and safety requirements.
- Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and other ad-hoc tasks.
