Job summary

Byte To Bite Sdn. Bhd. seeks a highly motivated Project Manager – Automation Systems to lead industrial automation projects from kickoff to handover. You will engage with mechanical, electrical, software, and pneumatic systems and coordinate suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes project planning, risk management, and on-site execution across local and overseas deployments, with a strong focus on leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in engineering fields related to automation.
• 2+ years in project management, automation, or industrial environments.
• Fresh graduates with leadership potential may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and control concepts.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from planning to acceptance, with scheduling and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and customers across project phases.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests; report progress to management.
• Oversee integration of mechanical, electrical, software, and pneumatic systems.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and equipment deliveries for sites.
• Ensure safety compliance and site permits; support deployments abroad.
