Job summary

Pintar Mind Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales professional in Johor Bahru to translate client problems into automation opportunities and align sales with delivery.

You will bridge Sales, clients, and delivery teams, ensuring feasible, scoped, and value-driven automation solutions across RPA, APIs, OCR/IDP, and AI-assisted processing. Strong English communication and a proactive, analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automation/RPA delivery or similar role.
• Hands-on fluency in at least one automation platform (Laiye, UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, OCR/IDP, authentication, scheduling.
• Ability to map a real business process and distinguish business requirements from technical design decisions.
• Strong client communication, documentation, and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Qualify whether a client process is suitable for automation based on volume, frequency, stability, data quality, system access, exception rate, risk, and expected value.
• Lead structured discovery sessions and convert business conversations into AS-IS workflows, pain points, rules, exceptions, controls, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Design the solution across RPA, APIs, OCR/IDP, AI-assisted processing, databases, spreadsheets, email, cloud storage, accounting, ERP, POS, and other business systems.
• Confirm feasibility with the Technical Lead when the solution has unfamiliar systems, integrations, security constraints, or material technical risk.
• Prepare effort estimates, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, implementation phases, risks, and proposal inputs that protect delivery quality and project margin.
• Build or coordinate demos and lightweight proof-of-concepts that show the business outcome, not only the technology.
• Present the proposed workflow in language that business owners, finance teams, outlet operators, and technical stakeholders can understand.
• Run the pre-sales-to-delivery handover and remain available to resolve scope intent, assumptions, or design questions during delivery.
• Capture repeatable patterns and turn successful client solutions into productised automation packages.
