Job summary

Pintar Mind Technology Sdn Bhd, Johor Bahru, is hiring a Robotic Process Automation Developer to take approved solutions from development through testing, deployment, and HyperCare. You will own delivery after design sign-off and work closely with clients and internal teams to translate designs into production-ready automations.

This role focuses on practical, documented automation with strong emphasis on end-to-end delivery, testing, and production readiness, across multiple business domains.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in RPA, workflow automation, software development, system implementation, or similar delivery role.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate into automation workflows.
• Ability to prepare clear process and system documentation.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, Excel, email automation, file processing, and web or desktop applications.
• Strong logical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivery quality.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new automation, AI, and document-processing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Process Design documents (PDD), installation guides, user guides, and handover records.
• Translate approved solution designs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Document business rules, system interactions, exception scenarios, dependencies, and procedures.
• Develop, configure, and maintain RPA and intelligent automation workflows.
• Automate browser, desktop, Excel, email, document, accounting, ERP, POS, and other processes.
• Integrate automation workflows with APIs, databases, shared folders, Google Drive, email, and third-party systems.
• Incorporate Agentic document processing and AI into automation solutions when appropriate.
• Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing; prepare UAT scenarios and data.
• Prepare production environment and complete deployment activities.

About the role

We are looking for a Robotic process automation developer who can take an approved solution from development through testing, deployment, and HyperCare. This is not a coding-only position. You will own the delivery of each assigned automation after the solution design and key business or finance logic have been confirmed by the Solution Lead and relevant specialists. You will work closely with clients and internal team members to translate the approved solution into a stable, well-documented, production-ready automation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Process Design document (PDD), installation guides, user guides, and handover records

• Translate approved solution designs into clear functional and technical requirements

• Document business rules, system interactions, exception scenarios, dependencies, and operational procedures

• Develop, configure, and maintain RPA and intelligent automation workflows

• Automate browser, desktop, Excel, email, document, accounting, ERP, POS, and other business-system processes

• Integrate automation workflows with APIs, databases, shared folders, Google Drive, email platforms, and third-party systems

• Incorporate Agentic document processing, and AI capabilities into automation solutions when appropriate

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing

• Prepare UAT scenarios, test data, expected results, and acceptance criteria

• Prepare the production environment and complete installation or deployment activities

What we are looking for

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Hands-on experience in RPA, workflow automation, software development, system implementation, or a similar technical delivery role

• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automation workflows

• Ability to prepare clear process and system documentation

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

• Laiye, UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA platforms

• Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL, or API integration

• OCR or Intelligent Document Processing

• accounting, finance, ERP, POS, inventory, or payroll systems

• automation monitoring and production support

• BRD, PDD, UAT, installation, and user-guide preparation

• finance processes such as AP, AR, bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and three-way matching
