Kamlax Global Technologies in Malaysia invites an Automation & Performance Testing Lead to own test automation architecture, performance testing, and QA governance. You will design robust frameworks with Playwright, Selenium and Appium, execute load tests with Apache JMeter, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates, multi-national teamwork, on-site operations in Malaysia.

Formación

• 6+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, test automation and performance engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with automation frameworks including Playwright, Selenium and Appium.
• Strong Java programming for test scripts and frameworks.
• Proficient in Apache JMeter for performance/load testing.
• Experience configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git.
• Solid understanding of REST API testing, HTTP, JSON/XML validation and network performance.
• Excellent English communication and leadership abilities.
• Eligible for visa sponsorship for Malaysia (on-site).

Responsabilidades

• Architect end-to-end test automation frameworks for web, mobile and API platforms.
• Drive enterprise performance engineering initiatives and load/stress/endurance testing with JMeter.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates.
• Lead REST API testing and performance profiling.
• Define test strategies, plans and automation roadmaps for complex releases.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps and product teams to shift-left QA.
• Mentor and review work of junior QA engineers; establish standards.
• Produce runbooks, performance benchmarks and defect tracking logs.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline
