Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in manufacturing, preferably in Continuous Improvement or Operations.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Own/problem-solve proactively with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Set up new time and motion for manufacturing and processes with management.
• Conduct feasibility studies and process improvements for space optimization.
• Collaborate on development of processes and strategies for new projects.
• Pursue continuous improvement to achieve production optimization.
• Collaborate across plant areas to resolve production problems.
• Cost saving by eliminating unnecessary workforce via automation.
• Review and check time and motion output reports.
• Coordinate with Planning on monthly manpower scheduling and line balancing.
