Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking an Equipment Engineer to program, troubleshoot, and optimize Siemens S7-1200 PLC systems, HMIs, and multi-axis servo drives in a manufacturing environment near Kulai, Johor. You will debug FAT/SAT, calibrate robots from Yamaha, Yaskawa, Inovance, and Estun, and prepare operation manuals, maintenance schedules, electrical schematics, and parameter records.

A Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation is required along with at least five years of

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical controls and automation programming within a manufacturing plant.
Experience with automated motor assembly lines or non-standard/custom automation equipment.

Responsibilities

Program, troubleshoot, and optimize Siemens S7-1200 PLC systems, HMI interfaces, and multi-axis servo drive parameters.
Conduct electrical debugging and troubleshooting during FAT and SAT.
Program, calibrate, and troubleshoot various industrial robot brands including Yamaha, Yaskawa, Inovance, and Estun.
Prepare initial equipment operation manuals, maintenance schedules, electrical schematics, and equipment parameter records.
