K3 Advisory Group is seeking engineers to design, build and operate practical automation and integration capabilities that remove manual effort, connect systems that don’t naturally talk to each other, and provide reliable, repeatable workflows.

You will balance speed with governance, security-by-design and audit trails, contributing to low-code standards and measurable automation ROI across business processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automation, integration or low-code development.
• Strong API integration and workflow orchestration experience.
• Experience with low-code/integration platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps).
• Practical experience with RPA tools (UiPath) and SharePoint customization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automations and integrations using IPaaS and workflow platforms.
• Design and develop simple low-code applications to support processes.
• Integrate across CRM, finance systems, email, SharePoint, and document stores.
• Develop lightweight scripts in Python or JavaScript for data transformation.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, monitoring and audit trails.
• Contribute to governance guidelines and reusable templates.
• Track and report automation value and ROI.
