Job summary

Etika Group of Companies in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automation and control systems for beverage production. This on-site role requires collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure efficient operation.

You will troubleshoot electrical issues, optimize process controls, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing line.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or beverage/FMCG environments is advantageous.
• Proficiency reading technical drawings and PLC/SCADA configurations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and on-site collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation and control systems for beverage production.
• Troubleshoot automation and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Optimize process control parameters for stable operation.
• Provide training and support to operational staff on automated systems.
• Document technical solutions and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
