The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering and 3–5 years in manufacturing with strong C#/VB.NET and domain knowledge in motion control, robotics, and machine vision. On-site work, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Science.
• 3–5 years' experience in manufacturing processes and automation-driven process improvement.
• Good computer literacy; data mining and software development with C# and VB.NET knowledge.
• Knowledge in motion control, IO control, robotics and machine vision preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Improve process yield and maintenance uptime to meet KPI.
• Handle backend process, maintenance, debugging, troubleshooting and documentation.
• Conduct gage R&R and correlation studies to improve UPH.
• Develop proactive plans for OOC situations to minimize downtime.
• Train operators and improve utilization; manage spare parts and automation software.
• Ensure safety, ESD, ISO, Cleanroom, and housekeeping compliance.
• Pursue continuous improvement in yield, capability, productivity to save costs.
