WD is seeking a Master’s student in engineering in Sarawak, Malaysia to join its advanced manufacturing and automation team. You will work on troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades of highly automated equipment, applying AI- and automation-driven solutions.

You will develop maintenance procedures, safety standards, and training, collaborating with process, manufacturing, and suppliers to drive equipment performance.

• Pursuing Master’s degree in engineering

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot, install, qualify, modify and continuously improve equipment.
• Design and integrate mechanical, electrical, software, AI, and automation solutions.
• Develop maintenance procedures, technical documentation, safety standards, and technician training.
• Prepare electrical drawings, wiring layouts, software debugging, and control systems for cleaning equipment.
• Integrate different equipment modules and systems to ensure stable and reliable operation.
• Design, modify, and assemble mechanical and electrical components to improve equipment performance for processing steps.
• Develop maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing procedures for electrical and electronic components.
• Perform equipment characterization and capability studies to meet safety standards.
• Support equipment design, modification, expansion, and automation projects.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and HIRAC documentation.
• Provide technical and safety training and establish safety guidelines for technicians.
• Collaborate with process, manufacturing, automation teams, and suppliers to drive improvements.
