Job summary

Qualifications

Interest in CMP polishing automation and AI-based process control.
Experience or interest in surface finishing and related automation.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, install, qualify, modify, and improve equipment across manufacturing lines.
Develop automation and AI-enabled enhancements to improve stability and productivity.
Prepare electrical drawings, wiring layouts, software debugging, and control systems.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to drive improvements.
Maintain SOPs, safety procedures, and training for equipment personnel.
