Job summary

Autism Behavioral Center (ABC) in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Special Needs Teacher (Interventionist) to deliver play-based, clinical programs under supervision for children with autism and developmental needs.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, support home-based, center-based, or school-based services, and contribute to ongoing learning. Diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply; joining in mid-2026; attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• : Available to join in June/July/August/September 2026.
• : Minimum Diploma or Degree holders in relevant field.
• : Open to commuting to and from clients home(s) (for home based therapy).
• : Work well in teams and collaborative in nature.
• : Work well under pressure and open to feedback.
• : Value continuous learning and always looking for ways to do things better.
• : An objective thinker and a clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Support child development through intensive play-based interactions and clinical programs set by case supervisors.
• Work with toddlers, pre-schoolers, school-going children, teenagers and adults.
• Execute individual and group programs.
• Work closely with the team/parents to implement goals.
• Provide in-center services, home-based or school-based support (to be determined per case basis).
