Job summary

ABC (Autism Behavioral Center) is seeking a dynamic and adaptable ABA Therapist to support early intervention for children with autism and related learning challenges. Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience is required as intensive on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Available to join immediately.
• SPM/Diploma or Degree in psychology, early childhood education or education, counseling.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Open to commuting to clients' home(s) and schools (home-based/shadow-aide therapy).
• Work well in teams and open to feedback.
• Value continuous learning and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support child development through intensive play-based interactions and clinical programs set by case supervisors.
• Work with toddlers, pre-schoolers, school-going children, teenagers and adults.
• Execute individual and group programs.
• Work closely with the team/parents to implement goals.
• Provide in-centre services, home-based or school-based support (per case basis).
