Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to work in our center, delivering one-to-one ABA-based interventions for children with autism. You will receive comprehensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis and hands-on practice to support individual developmental progress.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or Special Needs Education, excellent English communication, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Needs Education, or related field.
• Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Cheerful, energetic and a team player.
• Willing to travel within the Klang Valley and has own transport.
• Ability to make a 1-year minimum commitment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with children with autism on a daily basis.
• Deliver instructions and teach skills vital to development and progression.
• Receive intensive initial training in ABA principles and practical application.

As an ABA Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children with autism on a daily basis! You will be working one-to-one with the children, to deliver instructions and teach them the skills vital to their overall development and progression! You will receive intensive initial training in the principles of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) paired with hands-on practical training to deliver treatment to individuals with autism.
