Morison LC PLT is seeking a professional to join the Assurance Quality, Performance & Transformation Office to drive ISQM-based quality management. You will translate evolving requirements from regulatory bodies into practical policies, processes and controls that engagement teams can apply.

You will map workflows, develop trackers and dashboards, analyze quality data, and collaborate with the AI Champion Team to automate and improve how we work.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, or a professional qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years in external/internal audit, risk management or compliance.
• Strong research and interpretation skills for regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support ISQM-based System of Quality Management implementation and enhancement.
• Monitor quality controls, identify deficiencies and provide insights for improvement.
• Map end-to-end workflows and build dashboards for QA monitoring.
• Collaborate with AI Team to implement automation in processes.
• Prepare data for regulatory reporting and management information.
