Job summary

KAIZEN Asset Management Services is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Process Auditor to ensure robust internal compliance across services such as PPMs, AMCs, and Building Insurances. You will champion ISO 9001:2015 standards, lead internal audits, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in facilities management or insurance compliance, and the ability to manage risks, document findings, and present actionable recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of internal auditing or quality management experience.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.
• Experience in facilities management, AMC/PPM, or insurance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute ISO 9001:2015 internal audits.
• Ensure ongoing compliance of AMCs, PPMs, and insurances with local regulations and internal standards.
• Maintain, update, and improve QMS documentation and SOPs.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve risks and non-conformities through root cause analysis.
• Prepare and present monthly audit reports, findings, and recommendations to management.
• Recommend improvements, follow up on corrective actions, and measure impact.
• Stay updated on ISO standards and deliver awareness sessions across teams.
• Conduct cost analysis, assist with budgeting, and lead negotiations for improved service efficiency.
