Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of related audit experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of audit principles and practices.
• Proven people, project and client management abilities.
• Coaching and counseling capabilities.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead audit compliance engagements.
• Provide supervision and assign tasks; review working papers and draft reports.
• Coordinate all phases of engagements: quotation, letters, client communications, staffing, deliverables, timelines.
• Interface with management regarding scope, status, and findings.
• Provide on-the-job training for staff.
• Supervise findings and follow-up tasks with management and staff.
• Participate in or lead special audits or projects.
• Assess staff performance and provide feedback for evaluations.
