ACCA Careers in Malaysia seeks an experienced audit professional to oversee and lead audit engagements for a diverse client base. You will supervise staff, review working papers, draft audit reports, and coordinate all phases of engagements from planning to scheduling.

The role emphasizes clear communication with management, strong knowledge of audit principles, and effective people and project management. You will provide on-the-job training and contribute to staff evaluations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 4 years of audit experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of audit principles and practices.
• Strong people, project and client management skills.
• Coaching and counseling abilities.
• Ability to delegate work to others.
• Works well independently and with others.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and lead audit compliance engagements.
• Provide supervision and assign tasks to team members; review working papers and draft audit reports.
• Coordinate all phases of engagements: quotation, engagement letter, client communications, staffing, deliverables, timelines.
• Communicate with management regarding audit scope, status and findings.
• Provide on-the-job training for staff.
• Supervise findings and follow-up tasks with management and audit staff.
• Participate and/or lead special projects or audit assignments.
• Assess and provide feedback on staff performance for evaluations.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Job Description

• Oversee and lead audit compliance engagements.
• Providing supervision and assignments to team members as reviewing working papers completed by staff and drafting audit report.
• Responsible and coordinate all phases of the engagement, including the execution of the quotation, engagement letter, communications with the client, staffing requirements, deliverables, timelines, client, availability, job planning, and scheduling.
• Responsible for contact with management regarding audit scope, status, and findings
• Provides on-the-job training for staff
• Supervises findings and follow-up tasks with management and audit staff
• Participate and/or lead assigned special projects or audit assignments.
• Assess and providing feedback on staff performance for staff evaluations.
