Job summary

YS Gan & Co is seeking an Audit Assistant to perform fieldwork for SME clients under supervision. You will carry out substantive audit procedures, prepare working papers, and assist in preparing audited financial statements and reports.

The role involves liaising with clients to gather information, attending stock counts, and ensuring timely completion of audits. A Diploma/Degree in accounting or related field is preferred; English and Mandarin communication is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• No work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Excel. Familiarity with AutoCount, SQL, UBS, or other accounting software is an added advantage.
• Preferably specialized in Accounting/ Finance/Banking or equivalent.

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Required language(s): Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients, including customers from China.

No work experience required.

Willing to work at Kota Damansara or Seri Kembangan (choose one location).
