We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to support our audit and accounting functions across a range of client portfolios and industries.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist in conducting audit assignments for clients across various industries, ensuring audit programmes and working papers are completed in accordance with professional standards
Prepare audit working papers, financial reports and supporting schedules in compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and prepare full sets of accounts accurately and on time
Process payments, update cash books and record general ledger entries
Perform account reconciliations, including accounts payable, bank and general ledger reconciliations
Assist in monthly closing activities and prepare financial analysis to support reporting
Generate monthly management reports, including sales reports and cash flow statements
Liaise with clients, external auditors, tax consultants, regulatory authorities and bankers when required
Plan, manage and complete assigned tasks within deadlines while supporting ad-hoc assignments and projects
Handle basic administrative duties such as correspondence, filing and office coordination

Candidate must possess at least LCCI, partial ACCA qualification, Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage

Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
Mandarin speaking ability is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients or stakeholders, where required
Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Good interpersonal skills, positive working attitude and willingness to learn
Responsible, organised and able to work independently as well as part of a team
