Job summary

UST Malaysia seeks an engineer with deep expertise in ATE development to design, validate and optimize test patterns and programs for high-volume production. You will build infrastructure, leverage advanced methodologies, and collaborate with IP design, validation, and architecture teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Advantest 93K, strong scripting skills (C, C++, Java, Python, Ruby, Perl), and familiarity with version control systems and modern OS environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing ATE test programs and patterns.
• Understanding of JTAG, BIST, and HSIO concepts.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, or Python.
• Familiarity with version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IP design, validation, and architecture teams to develop, validate, and debug test patterns.
• Build and maintain test program infrastructure, leveraging Best Known Methods.
