Job summary

AS Watson Group is seeking a proactive retail associate supervisor to assist in staff rostering, training, and sales strategy while delivering professional customer service. The role requires coordinating with store management and ensuring adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate will have good communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills, with flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays. Full/Part-Time positions are available.
