Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a capable retail professional to support the store manager in daily operations, staff rostering, and customer service delivery.

You will contribute to achieving sales targets, train staff on SOPs, and generate reports on turnover, sales, and inventory while maintaining excellent service for customers.

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
