Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a capable Store Supervisor to assist the store manager with staffing, duty rosters, leave, welfare and disciplinary issues, ensuring smooth daily operation.

You will motivate and train staff on company policy, SOP, customer service and selling skills, and contribute strategies to reach sales targets. Reporting on turnover, sales and inventory will be part of the role; weekend and public holiday shifts are required.
