The Customer Experience Group (CEG) is Agoda’s largest business unit, with 4,000+ employees across 9 countries, delivering multilingual and multichannel customer support to travelers and partners. Within CEG, our Talent Acquisition (TA) team is the engine that powers growth—connecting top‑tier talent with game‑changing opportunities. We are a high‑performing, collaborative, and globally‑minded group that prioritizes speed, quality, and candidate experience in every hire.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a strategic and hands‑on role in ensuring our Customer Experience Group remains fully staffed with exceptional talent, and contribute to Agoda’s success by developing and implementing staffing strategies to identify high‑quality, diverse candidates. You'll drive hiring performance, elevate operational excellence, and shape recruitment strategy through data, experimentation, and collaboration.

We’re looking for someone with strong stakeholder management, a sharp eye for talent, and a bias for action—someone who thrives in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment and is energized by the challenge of building and scaling world‑class teams.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Independently manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Thrive in a KPI‑driven environment, with a strong awareness of recruitment metrics and a clear understanding of how to achieve them.
  • Demonstrate a sharp eye for the requirements of each role and assess candidates accordingly.
  • Proactively source candidates and use creative approaches to generate strong talent pipelines.
  • Champion an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Attend campus events and career fairs to connect with emerging talent and promote Agoda as an employer of choice.
  • Be part of projects that help us improve the way we work, both within our team and across the wider People department.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is a must, as you’ll be supporting roles across the Asia region.
  • A curious mindset and a passion for finding new and better ways to hire great people.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive, can‑do attitude.
