The Role
  • Provide sales support to corporate policy holders and intermediaries in non-MBS business portfolio
  • Provide smooth handling of insurance schemes assigned
  • Perform daily BAU assign tasks and complete within turnaround time
  • Respond and revert to incoming request within turnaround time
  • Provide good sales support service as part of sales target contribution
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new enhanced features and new products
  • Perform ad-hoc functions as and when delegated by the Management
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
  • Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
  • Other responsibilities entailed
The Person
  • Possess tertiary qualification in Business, Administrative, Finance, Economics or Insurance
  • Has 1 – 2 years of working experience in life insurance industry
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
