Flex is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor to join our Prai, Penang operations. The role leads multiple production lines in a high- tech environment and drives performance to meet quality and delivery targets.

You will coach engineers and operators, troubleshoot issues, and participate in cost improvement projects while ensuring safety and compliance with manufacturing standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in production/manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of operations experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and ensures line success.
• Evaluates daily plant operating performance and advises on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Leads a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness targets.
