The responsibilities of an Associate Product Manager (APM), Deposit Components, are focused on detailed execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement within their assigned product area:
Experience Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in product development, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within financial services or a technology‑driven environment. Demonstrated experience working within Agile development teams (Scrum, Kanban). Experience in defining user stories, managing backlogs, and collaborating with engineering teams. Familiarity with conducting user research and analyzing data to inform product decisions.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in product management and Agile tools. Basic understanding of software development processes and technical concepts. Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
Strategic Thinking: Aligning component work with bank strategy. Agile Team Participation: Effective participation in Agile ceremonies and backlog management.
