Job summary

PwC Malaysia invites data and analytics professionals to contribute to our IT operations. In our BI-focused team, you will leverage data to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients, developing cloud and on‑prem solutions.

Expect collaboration with Business Analysis, Systems Support and Development teams, with responsibilities spanning Azure provisioning, Windows Server administration and security aligned with PwC policies.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with Degree in Computer Science/IT or related.
• Hands-on Windows Server 2016, IIS, VMware and cloud platforms experience.
• Good understanding of SQL Server 2016, cloud administration and basic networking.
• Team player with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning and maintenance of Microsoft Azure cloud resources.
• On-prem servers and storage monitoring, maintenance and housekeeping.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues, implementation and documentation.
• Regular updates of patches/fixes/updates of hardware, Windows OS, Database Servers and other applications.
• Assist the Infra Team in system configuration, enforcing PwC policies and best practices.
• Cooperate with Business Analysis, Systems Support and Development teams for implementation and maintenance.
• Liaise with staff across teams and user communities.
• Provide L2/L3 support to Development and Support teams and end-users.

Role Specific Responsibilities

• The main duty is to carry out provisioning and maintenance of Microsoft Azure cloud resources.

• On-prem servers and storage monitoring,maintenanceand housekeeping.

• Assistin troubleshooting system issues,implementationand documentation.

• Regular updates of patches/fixes/updates of hardware, Windows OS, Database Servers, and other applications used by Digital Solutions and PwC Global projects.

• Assist the Infra Team in the system configuration bystating, applying, and enforcing processes to secure the best practices and balance bycomplying withPwC global policies and procedures.

• Cooperate with Business Analysis, Systems support and Development teams for system implementation and maintenance.

• Liaise with all levels of staff within the teams and user communities.

• Provide L2/L3 support toDevelopmentTeam, SupportTeamand end-users.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates from recognized university Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.

Preferred skills

• Hands-on experience in Windows Server 2016, IIS, VMware,cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).

• A good understanding of SQL Server 2016, cloudadministrationand basic networking.

Advantageous if:

• Trained on Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Azure Administrator or similar.

• Know how to troubleshoot Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Azure resource,securityand networking issues.

• Comfortable with cloud resourcesadministratione.g.Microsoft Azure/AWS/Googleetc.

• Team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
