Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking an Associate - F&A - R2R in Malaysia. The role focuses on accurate daily/monthly reconciliations, timely reporting to management and clients, and processing of sales, repurchases, and refunds within SLA.

The ideal candidate brings a background in accounting/finance, with strong R2R and reconciliation skills, plus proficiency in client relations and regulatory awareness. This position is office-based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Masters in Finance preferred.
• F&A knowledge with focus on R2R and reconciliations.
• Experience with regulatory/compliance aspects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Preparing daily/monthly collection and operational reconciliations.
• Reporting of open items to management and to client on agreed timelines.
• Delivering daily and monthly client reports with SLA.
• Processing of sales and repurchases within agreed timelines.
• Processing refunds and filings checks within SLA.
• Delivering credit reporting to client as per agreed timeline.

• Preparing of Daily/monthly collection & operating reconciliations
