• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and monitor stock to prevent downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and update logs and reports.
• Assist Process/Test Engineers in equipment setup, qualification, and data collection.

Job description

The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

• Provide technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair support for test systems and wafer probing equipment.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and follow standard maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance materials and monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance activities and update maintenance logs, checklists, and reports in a timely manner.
• Assist Process/Test Engineers in equipment evaluation, setup, and qualification activities and support experiments, data collection, and validation during process improvement initiatives.

• Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or test & inspection engineering is needed for this position.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu in both verbal and written.
