The Experience Analytics Shared Service Center (XPSSC) plays a pivotal role supporting business units in their monitoring and experience study capabilities, as well as ensuring the Asia segment is future ready to adopt new technology, support sustainable quality growth in Asia, and our strategic priority of using AI to reimagine how we work and create value. The incumbent will lead the modernization initiatives with respect to those two assumptions across all Asia segment. This includes initially supporting ADM (Actuarial Data Modernization), PBI monitoring dashboards build and subsequently conducting end-to-end study analysis for studies, monitoring and forecasting.
