Job summary

A customer service provider in Selangor is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage inbound voice interactions. Overview

Customer Service Executive role with rotational shifts. Work from office. Process: Voice. Functional Area: ITES / BPO / Customer Service.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer service interactions via voice channels.
  • Contribute to handling complaints and resolving customer issues effectively.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification: Degree holder.
  • Native or non-native candidates able to read, write and speak in Japanese with JLPT N1 or N2, and at least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
  • Rotational shift between 6 AM – 12 AM, 5 days a week.
  • Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 9,000 (basic) + up to RM 500 transportation allowance.
  • Language requirements: Must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Cantonese and English fluency is also required.
  • Experience in BPO/Customer Service with handling complaints and typing skills.
