QuantePhi Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and driven Associate to join its Corporate Finance team in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate - Corporate Finance, you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting clients on a range of financial transactions and strategic initiatives. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting thorough financial analysis and valuations to support deal structuring and negotiations
• Assisting in the preparation of pitch materials, transaction documents, and client presentations
• Participating in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, debt and equity financing, and other corporate transactions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal and compliance, to ensure the successful delivery of client projects
• Staying up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and best practices in corporate finance
• Contributing to the development of innovative solutions to meet clients' strategic objectives

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in finance, audit, tax, investment, or a related field, with a strong academic record
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar role, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services industry
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills, with a strong understanding of accounting principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly understand complex financial and business scenarios
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented approach to work
