Job summary

Rosli Dahlan Saravana Partnership in Kuala Lumpur seeks a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' M&A/corporate experience to handle deals, due diligence and related documentation.

You will draft and negotiate SPAs, shareholders' agreements and investment documents, and advise on structure, regulatory matters and warranties. Collaborate with clients, counterparties and advisers to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' M&A/corporate experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Commercially minded with meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to manage transactions independently and work as part of a team.
• Cross-border M&A and/or private equity experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin preferred.
