Job summary

HSBC is seeking an Associate Business Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to join the Global Chief Operating Office Transformation Services. The role involves working with business units to conceptualize solutions, design current and future processes, and deliver outcomes on time and within budget.

You will support design, governance and deployment activities, manage requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders across banking domains.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in change environments across strategy, design, initiation and delivery.
• Experience delivering mid-size banking change and business transformation projects.
• Independent stakeholder management and governance experience.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and Change Frameworks.
• Cantonese/Mandarin language skills are highly beneficial.
• Certifications in CAPM/ECBA/CBAP/CCBA/CSM are a plus.
