Responsibilities

• Prepare and review manual journals for intercompany activity with strong documentation.
• Complete intercompany account reconciliations in Blackline within deadlines.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of intercompany balances across entities and regions.
• Support eliminations during consolidation and provide clear variance explanations.
• Partner with local country finance teams; address queries promptly.
• Provide audit support and readiness for internal and external reviews.
• Support regional/global reporting, including monthly Balance Sheet and P/L flux analyses.
• Drive improvements in monthly/quarterly/annual close processes for intercompany transactions.
• Ensure processes align with policy, audit requirements and local regulations.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous process improvements.

What You’ll Love About This Role

• As a Global Intercompany Associate Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role within our Global Business Solutions team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight across complex intercompany accounting processes. What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review manual journals related to intercompany activity, ensuring accuracy and strong supporting documentation.


• Complete assigned intercompany account reconciliations in Blackline within established deadlines.


• Ensure timely reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple entities and regions.


• Support eliminations during consolidation and provide clear explanations of variances.


• Partner with local country finance teams, responding to queries quickly and effectively.


• Provide audit support and ensure readiness for both internal and external reviews.


• Support regional and global reporting requirements, including monthly Balance Sheet and P&L flux analysis.


• Drive excellence in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, with a focus on intercompany transactions.


• Safeguard compliance by ensuring processes align with company policies, audit requirements, and local regulations.


• Contribute to local, regional, and global projects, bringing expertise and collaboration to cross-functional initiatives.


• Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline and elevate intercompany processes.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.


• Proven track record in a multinational environment and/or audit.


• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply it in complex scenarios.


• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.


• Exceptional communication skills — diplomatic, flexible, and a “can-do” mindset.


• Fluent in written and spoken English.


• Proficiency in reporting tools including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA.


• Experience with JDE, Blackline, Alteryx, and W-Desk is an advantage.


• Willingness to travel internationally as required.


• Flexibility to work additional hours at critical times (e.g., month-end) and, on rare occasions, public holidays.
