Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Junior Account Manager to oversee day-to-day account administration and act as the primary liaison between the account team and internal departments. You will work closely with creative, FA, and planning divisions to ensure accurate, timely execution of campaigns.

The role requires strong communication, data handling and collaboration across multiple teams, with a hybrid work schedule and inclusive company benefits.

Qualifications

• Min. of 3 years working experience in Advertising industry.
• Detailed oriented with accurate product knowledge.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to collect, track and analyze large amount of data.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for estimate/invoice control and queries with Finance and Production.
• Assist Account Director to formulate and implement advertising and marketing plans for clients.
• Ensure superior service and experiential ideas are delivered and implemented on time.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and regular reports.
• Ensure accurate completion and authorization of documentation.
• Keep team updated on competitive advertising and market trends.
• Be main contact between account team and other departments and suppliers.
• Prepare and distribute detailed schedules and timing plans; revise as needed.
• Assist in developing creative solutions with Planning and Creative teams.
• Support pre-production meetings and liaise with producer on plans and actions.
• Manage press production execution based on media schedules and deadlines.
• Check copy for typos and accuracy; obtain client approval and ensure timely delivery.
• Attend shoots with clients and coordinate with Account Director on outcomes.
• Collaborate to resolve hitches with win/win solutions.
• Gather information on industry trends to develop creative briefs.
