Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager for our Prai, Penang site to support efficient distribution and warehouse operations.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 6 years of progressive experience in warehousing or production control, including supervisory responsibilities. Experience with FG/DOF operations and E-waste management is preferred and reporting will include budget and productivity oversight.

• Experience in FG / DOF operational activities for both internal and external warehouses.
• Experience in E-waste management.

• Enforce policies and procedures; study legislation; ensure compliance in warehousing activities.
• Safeguard warehouse operations by implementing security procedures and monitoring.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile with data storage system; manage inventory accuracy.
• Plan layouts, maintain equipment, and manage budgets/cost controls.
