Job summary

Alliance Bank in Kuala Lumpur seeks a System Support professional to maintain and enhance the ARBS Host and BDS operations across branch and head office. You will act as a system consultant for new product launches, review interfaces, and drive automation of manual workflows.

You will coordinate CR activities, develop URS, prepare test scripts, and execute UAT per business requirements. Collaboration with GIS, vendors, and cross-functional teams is essential to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Assist Head of Department to develop SPI and update SOP for branch and own Department
• Standardize respond or query format, communicate to all Line of Business in sending e-instruction etc
• Coordinate and implement new guideline require by regulatory body timely

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day ARBS Host and BDS system operations in branch and head office
• Act as a business consultant from system point of view for any new product launching and CR
• Review system process flows, e.g. interface files between multiple applications, automation of manual processes
• Review CR, prepare RFP, develop URS, prepare test scripts and perform UAT based on business user requirements
• Liaise with GIS and vendors on system-related issues
• Draft the system guide for new system enhancement
• Participate in project management
• Support live testing, DR, and BCP
• Oversee and lead System Support team members, including system and application training

• Act as a business consultant from system point of view for any new product launching and CR
• Review system process flow ie interface file between multiple application, automation of manual Process.
• Review CR/ prepare RFP, Develop URS, prepare Test Scipt and perform UAT based on Biz user requirement
• Liaise with GIS and vendor on system related issue
• Draft the system guide for new system enhancement
• Participate in project management
• Support Live testing DR, BCP
• Oversees and Lead System Support team member, including System and Application training.

Process & Compliances

• Assist Head of Department to develop SPI and update SOP for branch and own Department
