Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is recruiting for a System Support role to maintain day-to-day ARBS Host and BDS system operations across branches and head office. You will act as a business consultant from a system perspective for new product launches and change requests.

You will review system process flows, automate manual processes, prepare URS and test scripts, perform UAT, and liaise with GIS and vendors on system issues.

System Support

• Support the day to day ARBS Host and BDS system operations issue in branch and head office
• Act as a business consultant from system point of view for any new product launching and CR
• Review system process flow ie interface file between multiple application, automation of manual Process.
• Review CR/ prepare RFP, Develop URS, prepare Test Scipt and perform UAT based on Biz user requirement
• Liaise with GIS and vendor on system related issue
• Draft the system guide for new system enhancement
• Participate in project management
• Support Live testing DR, BCP
• Oversees and Lead System Support team member, including System and Application training.

Process & Compliances

• Review processes - automation & centralisation
• Assist Head of Department to develop SPI and update SOP for branch and own Department
• Standardize respond or query format , communicate to all Line of Business in sending e-instruction etc
• Review new guideline, address gap indentified with the respective departments in group operations
• Coordinate and implement new guideline require by regulatory body timely
• Conduct regular briefing /training to UAT testers to ensure the Host system UAT testing cover from end to end.
